1Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the ternatetoto platform — including the website, mobile app, or any services provided — you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement is final and takes effect immediately.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the ternatetoto platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ternatetoto platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online betting activities.
• Registering using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
• Never previously held a ternatetoto account that was terminated due to a terms violation.
• Registering on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Ternatetoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or other relevant documents. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved.

3Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ternatetoto. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our terms. ternatetoto employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, including IP address analysis, device information, and payment details.

Players are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no other party can access their account.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Ternatetoto supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience. Deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, Boost, and ShopeePay are processed instantly with no additional charges.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Ternatetoto does not accept third-party deposits.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered under the same name as the ternatetoto account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• There is no daily withdrawal limit for verified VIP members.

5Bonus & Promotions

Ternatetoto offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified in each promotional offer.

• Welcome bonus is subject to minimum wagering requirements 5x to 20x depending on the promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each promotion has a set validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once that period ends.
• Ternatetoto reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Promotion abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6Wagering Rules

All wagering activity at ternatetoto is subject to the specific game rules for each product. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless a technical error on the platform's part is proven.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or disconnection will be voided and the funds returned to the player's account.
• Ternatetoto uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure the fairness of every game.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are clearly displayed before play begins.
• Ternatetoto reserves the right to void bets if there is suspicion of manipulation or fraud.

7Player Conduct

Ternatetoto is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following behaviour is therefore strictly prohibited:

• Use of third-party software, automated bots, or any tools designed to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors for personal gain without notifying the platform.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards other players or support staff.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all wins and balances, and legal action where necessary.

8Personal Data Protection

10Account Termination

Whether by the player or ternatetoto, an account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

By the Player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonus will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned.

By Ternatetoto: We reserve the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of unauthorized software or methods to manipulate games.

Players who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform may use the self-exclusion feature available in their account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the minimum set period.

11Terms Amendment

Ternatetoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.

• Email sent to the player's registered address.

12Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ternatetoto is registered and holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate arbitration or legal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of this agreement, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
